Check in and Check out.
- Check-in time is between 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
- Interested in early check-in? Contact the Inn in advance of your stay.
- If arriving after 7 p.m., please call early to make other arrangements.
- Check-out time is at 11 AM.
Occupancy. Each guest room contains either one king size bed or two twin size beds and as such is suitable for occupancy by one or two guests only. If there are more than two persons in your party, you will be required to reserve the second room, if available. In the event all rooms are already booked, or the additional guest is a minor child, day beds may be arranged, if a room with sufficient space is not already booked. These arrangements must be made and paid for in advance of arrival. Guests who attempt to exceed this occupancy policy will be turned away and forfeit their full deposit.
Booking. Rooms are booked based on availability. There is a 48 hour minimum advance on reservations. Full payment is due at check-in. At check-in, a valid credit card will be required for incidental charges. Rooms must be held with a valid credit card or paid in full in advance with a check or money order. When reservations are made less than 14 days prior to arrival, full payment is due when making the reservation
Payments. To secure a reservation, a deposit of one night's lodging is due at the time you make your reservation and must be made with a valid credit card number. The balance is due at check-in. When reservations are made less than 14 days prior to arrival, full payment is due when making the reservation.
Returned Check Policy. If you have paid by check, and in the unlikely event that your check is returned for insufficient or held funds, we will debit your checking account electronically for the face amount of the check PLUS $30.00. This policy allows us to resolve the problem without reporting you to a credit bureau and harming your credit rating. The transaction will appear on your bank statement, and no one will have contact with you about payment.
Discounts. Discounts offered by Inn at Blooming Grove are applicable to stated room rates only and not to taxes. There are no discounts for early departure. Breakfast is complimentary. There is no rate discount if you choose not to eat breakfast.
Cancellations
- 14-days Notice full refund of deposit
- 7-14 days Notice 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 7 days Notice No refund of deposit
- Less than 24 hour notice or No Show No refund of deposit and full charge for reserved stay.
In the case of a cancellation given less than 24 hours of the scheduled check-in or a "no-show", the customer's credit card will be charged the full amount due for all nights booked .
Changing Your Reservation. Changes to a reservation 14 days or more from the scheduled date may be made without additional charge with full transfer of deposit. Changes made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are subject to the our cancellation policies. Cancellation of a revised reservation at anytime will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
Damages. Guests are responsible for any damages, replacement, additional cleaning or loss caused by guest smoking or other abuse to our guest rooms or property, without further authorization. Any damages done to any Inn at Blooming Grove property by guests or persons visiting or staying with guests will be the responsibility of the person who made the reservation, and by your acceptance of these policies, you agree to make restitution for any such damage.
Non-registered Guests (Guests of Guests). Persons not registered must leave the premises by 10 p.m. Also, please note: we will charge for damages caused by guests or persons brought to our property by guests or for additional cleanup required due to such visits.
Smoking Policy Inn at Blooming Grove permits smoking OUTDOORS ONLY. A refurbishing penalty fee $100 will be charged to guests who choose not to honor the "no smoking indoors" policy.
No candles. Candles are not permitted.
Alcohol Consumption. Inn at Blooming Grove does not sell alcoholic beverages. However, reasonable consumption of alcohol is permitted. You are welcome to BYOB. Please drink responsibly and keep in mind that the Inn at Blooming Grove is a family friendly establishment.
Quiet Time. Out of respect for all guests, there will be quiet time from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m.
Pets. We do not accept pets. No exceptions. It is not acceptable to leave a pet in a vehicle while here. We do not accept guests who plan to leave their pets in the car during their stay.
Children. Children are welcome at the Inn at Blooming Grove. Parents are responsible for and expected to watch over their children of all ages at all times. Children under the age of 12 may stay at no additional charge; children 12 and older will be charged as an additional guest. (See rates)
Release. By acceptance of these policies, Guests agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the owners of the Inn at Blooming Grove and Breakfast Inncluded, L.L.C. and its representatives from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to Guests and occupants, and licensees of Guests. Owner recommends that Guests obtain and carry insurance to protect personal property.
Guests or their personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by the property owners against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause.
